Today's post is really a small shout out to WTXL in Midway, FL. Tomorrow at 6:15 am, UGH, I will be on TV talking about and demoing my knitting boards. I will also be at the Millstone Plantation Fiber Festival Saturday, April 30 and all day Sunday, May 1 with knitting boards and how-to's on knitting boards and in crochet. Hope to see you there. The Plantation is located at 6500 Old Millstone Road in Tallahassee, FL. Hope to see you there!
I've been crazed. Some of you know I also do theater. So Fall 2015 centered around MadCo's successful production of Into the Woods that I choreographed and directed, straight into Chicago which was performed to large audiences in January (I played Roxie Hart and had a blast as well as directing the show.) Not to mention opening Naked Ewe Boutique in December just in time for the holidays, and knitting and crocheting some commissioned pieces. Then I found myself in a production of Southern Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors as Adriana at Cascades Park. It was fun and ton of work to memorize pages and pages of Shakespearean language. But I did it! And the audiences seemed to love it. And, I just cast the summer kid's show, The Tale of Peter Rabbit (and Benjamin Bunny), MadCo's summer children's theater offering.
